The 7th graders were assigned a European explorer to research. Based on this research, and their own creativity, they created their own holidays for their assigned explorer. They created posters to display information about their explorer and the holiday they created. Each poster was assigned a number, displayed in our room, and the students took turns voting for their favorite explorer holiday. The votes are finally counted! The winner is….

tied for 2nd & 3rd place: Kate & Lily
